OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY

This lifetime warranty offered by LuckykustomsLEDs covers defects in material or workmanship in new LuckyKustomsLED products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing LuckyKustomsLED products from authorized LuckyKustomsLED retailers may obtain coverage under our warranties. Our warranty covers the original purchaser of our products.

LuckyKustomsLED will replace at no charge to the original purchaser for parts only or at its option replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance. Coverage lasts – Lifetime to the original purchaser of LED lighting, LED Controllers, and Dysfunctional Keyfobs. (batteries not covered)

Warranty does not cover- any problems caused by: Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects
A. in material or workmanship.
B. Normal wear and tear.
C. Accessories, connected materials, and products/related products not manufactured by LuckyKustomsLED.
D. Additional installations- our warranties are void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or any alterations including removal of any components or external cover unless instructed to do so by LuckyKustomsLED

Our warranty does not cover any consequential damage, LuckyKustomsLED will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever, Our liability is limited strictly to the replacement of the items purchased

How to file a claim:
To request warranty service you will need to contact customer support through email or phone.

Please provide the following in request:
1. Name address phone
2. Date and place of purchase on the original receipt
3. Year, make, and model of motorcycle.
4. Clear description and picture of the problem

Upon review, you will be required when able to mail the defective part back with a copy of the original proof of purchase to:
